  • Minimum 10 yrs of commercial lending experience required
  • Community banking experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
  • Formal credit training required
  • Ability to drive market share and attract new business customers
  • Familiarity with the Orange County market
